As you browse the wedding design suites, you will notice a price for 100 sets of each design. This base price includes an invitation card and rsvp card, silkscreen printed by hand using the exact imagery and fonts shown, and blank coordinating envelopes, unless otherwise stated. The following is a partial list of alterations, customizations, and additional services and their average associated charges for your use in planning your wedding. Different paper: Most papers can be changed without altering the final price. Phaedra Paperie is happy to work with you to find a paper that matches your wedding colors, ecological preferences, or any other needs you may have.
Custom-mixed ink color: $15 per 100 sets. Please note that designs printed on dark paper will likely require custom-mixed ink.
Ink matched to sample: $25 per 100 sets.
Additional ink color(s): This depends on many factors, but starts at approximately $100 per color for 100 invitation and rsvp cards.
Change font(s): $25 flat fee. Phaedra Paperie has a large library of fonts, and our design team is happy to help you find just the right font. We will send you text samples of each font you are considering in pdf format, and up to 5 full-color mock-ups of the invitation with different fonts to help you make your final decision. Additional full-color mock-ups will be charged separately.
Customized graphical elements: This depends on many factors, including the extent of the changes and whether it will alter the physical printing process. Please contact us to discuss changes you would like to make.
Custom design: Custom design of a wedding invitation suite begins at $500 and does not include printing costs. Since the desires of the engaged couple can vary widely, so can this price. Please contact us for a more specific quote.
